In a world where standing still means you’re falling behind, advancing is the only real choice; especially if you intend to create and influence systemic change on a grand international scale 🌎

So how will we empower patients? 💪

The EU expects:
Proposals should include actions aimed at:
 – increasing health literacy
– including the role of the citizen as owner of personal data – advancing health and care professionals’ proficiency in novel, data-oriented health services through the use of digital solutions to increase knowledge and help them in the interpretation of symptoms and effects.

FEMaLe will:
– Collect patient-shared data by using a modified version of the Lucy App, a new generation of period trackers, to increase both health literacy and patient empowerment.
– Raise awareness in general practice and produce shared-decision-making materials.
