A selected few key FEMaLe outputs and highlights in WP1 from July 2022 to December 2023:
To support impact monitoring and assessment throughout the project, we have co-produced impact cases and conducted constructive evaluation interviews per work package.
We also are participated in and presented FEMaLe project’s use of Half Double Methodology at the European Academy of Management (EURAM) Conference in June 2023.
Moreover, we provided a Case Study on the FEMaLe project’ learnings from using Half Double for the upcoming book ‘Project Management in Practice: Case Studies’.
Finally, we delivered two guest lectures (May 2023 and Dec 2023) on FEMaLe’s experiences with implementing Half Double at the PhD course on ‘Project Management: A Practitioner’s Approach to the Managerial Process’.
